Our agency headquarters are in Dutch Harbor and all of our agents are permanent Dutch Harbor residents, with a combined thirty years experience of agency.

As "locals" we build strong relationships with all local vendors to assist you in a smooth port call, including government services (Customs, immigration, USCG), the chandlery, tug boat companies, Alaska Marine Pilots, marine salvage company, sail boat and pleasure craft pilot exemption and medical services.

​These relationships streamline our logistical capabilities, allowing us to ship over two million tons of freight per year, conduct dozens of medical evacuations, and minimize turnaround time in port.

We pass the benefits of these relationships to our customers by not adding any commission or percentage to our vendors invoices.
